The Personnel Concept was established in 1982 and today we are a wholly owned subsidiary of Adcorp, Africa’s largest human capital group.  We pride ourselves on our 35 year track record in financial recruitment and are a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor.  We aim to enhance South African businesses by providing access to high calibre professionals and in turn offer exciting career opportunities to our candidates.  Our niche focus has allowed us to develop an in-depth understanding of the industries in which our clients and candidates work in.

What we do

  • We conduct searches for candidates to match clients’ requirements
  • We attract candidates through referrals, advertising and social medial campaigns
  • Candidates are interviewed by our recruitment specialists
  • We prepare CV’s and collate supporting documentation for presentation to clients
  • We undertake verification of qualifications and all statutory checks including references
  • We introduce candidates to clients, taking into consideration the role requirement, culture fit, organisational structure and remuneration
  • We arrange interviews between clients and candidates
  • We undertake post interview follow up with clients and candidates, assessing interest of both parties
  • We facilitate the offer process
  • We assist the candidates with resignation and facilitate arrangements relating to the new role

What we offer

  • Contingency recruitment: – we manage and meet the entire cost of the recruitment process, which entails sourcing and screening of candidates and all statutory checks.  The client only pays a fee upon successful commencement of the candidate
  • Contractual recruitment: – we recognise that certain clients require specialists on a project or short-term basis and offer this as an alternative option to permanent recruitment
